Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 3 to 9 business days
United States: 5 to 11 business days
Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, weather, customs processing times, and other factors beyond our control. Deliveries to rural areas or islands may take longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight, delivery address, and service level. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders or during promotional periods.
Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Chit Chats, USPS, and FedEx. We choose the fastest, most reliable option for your location. Tracking is always provided.
Customs and Duties
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most U.S. orders ship duty-free under the current U.S. import threshold of $800 USD. (Amended as of 08/29/2025: All prices are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and tariffs have already been included in our U.S. pricing. Customers will not owe additional import charges at delivery, except in rare cases of customs errors or extraordinary border assessments beyond our control.)
All Canadian orders ship domestically, no duties or import fees.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your package leaves our facility, shipping timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@walthamhardware.com within 5 business days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and tracking details. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and help resolve the issue where possible.
