Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags and inserts (if any)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number)

To start a return, email us at support@walthamhardware.com.

Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, a return shipping label will be provided. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used tools, or items missing original packaging or components

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before proceeding.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item under our return policy. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@walthamhardware.com.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper application, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A $7 CAD restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the refund
  • The cost of the return shipping label will also be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after the return is received and approved

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@walthamhardware.com.
