Overview
The Fujiya KUROKIN Electrician's Screwdriver serves electrical installation and service work on devices, junction boxes, panels, and enclosures. The 3.9" (100 mm) resin-covered shaft keeps the tool compact and easy to control in tight spaces while reducing the risk of accidental shorting. A large cushion grip distributes torque comfortably to minimize hand fatigue during repetitive work. Available in Phillips (+2) or Slotted (-5.5) with identical handles and shaft lengths, finished in black-and-gold KUROKIN styling and manufactured in Japan.
Important: This is not a voltage-rated insulated screwdriver. It is not certified to IEC 60900/VDE 1000V and is not intended for use on energized circuits. The resin shaft cover is designed to reduce accidental short circuits between conductors — it is not dielectric insulation and does not protect against electric shock. Always disconnect power and verify the circuit is de-energized before use. Fujiya notes the shaft cover should be inspected for wear or damage before each use.
