Overview
The Fujiya KUROKIN Electrician’s Screwdriver is built for everyday electrical installation and service work. It’s made for devices, junction boxes, and electrical enclosures where control and consistency matter on the job.
The 5.9" resin covered shaft provides practical reach into boxes while staying easy to control at the screw. This helps reduce the risk of accidental shorting during routine electrical work. A large-diameter cushion grip applies torque comfortably and helps reduce hand fatigue during repeated fastening.
Available in Phillips (+2) or Slotted (-5.5), both versions use the same handle, shaft length, and KUROKIN build quality. Finished in Fujiya’s black-and-gold KUROKIN colorway and made in Japan and manufactured to modern Japanese quality and safety standards.
Important: This is not a voltage-rated insulated screwdriver. It is not certified to IEC 60900/VDE 1000V and is not intended for use on energized circuits. The resin shaft cover is designed to reduce accidental short circuits between conductors — it is not dielectric insulation and does not protect against electric shock. Always disconnect power and verify the circuit is de-energized before use. Fujiya notes the shaft cover should be inspected for wear or damage before each use.
