Overview
The VICTOR VC-28 is a compact, one-hand pipe cutter designed for clean, controlled cuts on flexible plastic piping commonly used in plumbing and HVAC work. Built for materials like PEX, polyethylene (PE), polybutylene (PB), and flexible plastic conduit, it delivers square cuts without crushing or deforming the pipe.
The 8" body provides useful leverage while remaining compact enough for tight mechanical spaces. A straight, replaceable blade applies even pressure across soft materials that tend to ovalize or slip with standard cutters. The blade can be reversed to extend service life, reducing downtime and replacement cost on the job. This cutter is well suited for hot and cold water supply lines, radiant heating, and general flexible plastic piping where clean edges and repeatable results matter. Made in Japan and built to modern Japanese quality and safety standards.
