Overview
The Fujiya FVA-1630-BG is a professional electrician’s wire stripper designed for clean, controlled stripping of nonmetallic residential electrical cable (NM-B). It supports common solid copper conductor sizes including 14 AWG and 12 AWG (1.6 mm and 2.0 mm), making it well suited for standard residential wiring work.
Its slim, extended nose profile allows precise operation inside electrical boxes and tight wall cavities, while precisely machined stripping holes help prevent nicked conductors and uneven cuts. Built-in gauge markings and strip-length references support consistent, repeatable results. An integrated M4 screw cutting function allows outlet and switch screws to be trimmed cleanly without changing tools. Finished in the KUROKIN black oxide coating to improve durability and corrosion resistance, it features ergonomic handles for comfortable, controlled use. Manufactured under Fujiya Japan’s quality control standards and RoHS compliant.
