Overview
The Fujiya 600-240 is a 9.5" high-leverage cable cutter built for electricians and installers cutting thick electrical cable where clean, controlled cuts matter. It is designed for large single-conductor cable and round, jacketed multi-conductor cable used in feeders and equipment installations.
Cutting capacity is up to 60 mm² class electrical cable. For reference, it supports single-conductor cable up to Ø 0.54" (13.6mm) and multi-conductor jacketed cable up to Ø 1.46" (37.0 mm) for 2-core or Ø 1.57" (39.8mm) for 3-core. The curved, parrot-beak jaw profile helps stabilize cable during the cut, improving control on thicker insulation and larger multi-core builds. Heat-treated cutting edges improves sharpness and edge life in repeated cable work. This tool is designed for electrical cable use and is not intended for hardened steel, ACSR, or wire rope. Made in Japan and built to modern Japanese quality and safety standards.
